Our Services

At AB Solutions, we deliver state-of-the-art Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy designed to create meaningful, measurable, and life-changing outcomes for every child and family we serve. Through both center-based and in-home ABA services, our mission is simple: provide the highest level of clinical excellence while never losing the personal connection that defines who we are.
Our clinical model is built around one belief: quality starts with oversight. That’s why every child’s treatment plan is developed, reviewed, and continuously monitored by our team of 8 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—and growing. While many providers operate with lean clinical structures, AB Solutions has intentionally invested in building a deep BCBA leadership team because we believe children deserve more than periodic supervision—they deserve active clinical involvement and individualized attention.

With one of the largest BCBA teams among independently owned ABA providers in our market, our clinicians do far more than supervise—they lead treatment design, analyze progress, coach staff, collaborate with families, and continuously evolve programming to meet each child’s changing needs. Families deserve more than therapy hours—they deserve experienced professionals who are personally invested in outcomes.
Supporting our clinical team is a highly trained staff of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) held to exceptionally high standards for professionalism, compassion, reliability, and clinical execution. We intentionally invest in training, mentorship, and long-term career development—not simply onboarding.
One of the things that makes AB Solutions unique is our commitment to developing people, not just filling positions. Many of our RBTs continue their professional journey, become BCBAs, and choose to remain with our company—creating a culture of growth, mentorship, and institutional knowledge that directly benefits our families.

We also believe that continuity of care changes outcomes. Children thrive when relationships remain stable, trust is built over time, and teams stay consistent. That is why we place a major emphasis on employee retention and long-term team development. Our goal is to minimize disruption, maintain consistency, and provide families with dependable care from professionals who know their child deeply.

At AB Solutions, we are not building a revolving door of therapists—we are building careers, developing clinicians, and creating lasting impact for military families every single day.

To better serve families in a comprehensive way, we have also partnered with trusted speech and occupational therapy providers, allowing AB Solutions to function as a true one-stop care model for many of the developmental needs a child may have. This coordinated approach helps improve communication between disciplines and creates a more seamless experience for families.

In addition, our leadership brings real-world educational experience into our clinical philosophy. Mamoun Rafati, M.Ed., previously worked as a classroom teacher and has hands-on experience with ARD/IEP processes. This background allows our team to better understand the school system from the inside out. As a result, our BCBAs are equipped with the tools and guidance to actively support families in school meetings and advocate effectively for each child’s needs in educational settings.

At AB Solutions, we are not building a revolving door of therapists—we are building careers, developing clinicians, and creating lasting impact for military families every single day.

Parent Training

Parents training can include:

  • How to identify the cause and purpose of your child’s challenging behavior
  • How to gather useful information
  • How to implement behavior management strategies
  • How to maintain and generalize the skills your child has learner into other environments

If you are interested in parent training, call now at 281.899.0146.

Social Skills Training

Social skills are what allow us to intuitively navigate interpersonal interactions in daily life. For children with autism and developmental challenges, these interactions present difficulties. A social skills program provides customized plans with measurable objectives to improve behavior and enhance positive outcomes. Through various role-play and play activities, social skills training will allow a child to start conversations, show interest, develop and maintain friendships, learn how to avoid teasing/fighting, or make small talk more effectively. In addition, listening is also stressed since a big part of social interaction is listening and knowing how to respond.

In addition, social skills training at Breakthrough ABA might include instruction on:

  • How to show good sportsmanship when playing games
  • The ability to initiate interactions with peers
  • The importance of respecting peer preferences

With the help of social skills training, the child will be able to interact with other children, allowing them to thrive.

There are numerous ways Breakthrough ABA can provide training to educators so they can help support a student’s needs. A few of these include:

  • Facilitating social interactions
  • Addressing problem behaviors
  • Addressing learning readiness skills
